Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed membership and revenue goals?
- Implement local marketing initiatives and drive lead generation?
- Conduct tours and consultations to convert prospective members into long-term clients?
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, including front desk associates and fitness instructors?
- Foster a positive, team-oriented studio culture?
- Provide coaching and ongoing development for staff?
- Studio Operations & Cleanliness
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling, class coordination, and inventory management?
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the studio?
- Ensure the studio, retail area, and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and always ready for members?
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally?
- Marketing & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute local events, collaborations, and partnerships to increase brand awareness?
- Manage social media engagement and studio promotions?
- Represent the studio at networking and fitness-related events?
