About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for ElevenLabs through world-class event planning and execution. This role is critical to our marketing, sales, and partnership efforts, ensuring our presence at industry-leading events and creating memorable experiences that reinforce our brand in the AI space.
As Event Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of events—designing strategies, securing sponsorships, managing logistics, and leading on-site activations. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting high-impact events that strengthen relationships, spark meaningful conversations, and position ElevenLabs as a thought leader in AI.
What You'll Do
- Develop & Execute Event Strategy – Build and manage a portfolio of events, including major industry conferences, exclusive executive gatherings, and local meetups to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Maximize Event Impact & ROI – Define event tiers, identify sponsorship opportunities, and tailor event strategies to different audience segments to optimize reach and effectiveness.
- Lead Full Event Lifecycle – Oversee everything from planning and promotion to execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum engagement.
- Own On-Site Experience – Act as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring smooth operations, handling last-minute challenges, and representing ElevenLabs with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams to align event goals with business objectives and amplify impact.
- Analyze & Optimize Performance – Track key event metrics, gather insights, and continuously refine strategies to enhance future event success.
