Responsibilities
Provide daily support to the Senior Sales Director
Generate and analyze weekly sales reports for key accounts
Compile monthly asset and copy requests for retail partners
Coordinate sample distribution
Collaborate with buying teams to secure orders, process POs, and update changes as needed
Oversee functions related to the NuOrder B2B platform
Prepare collections for seasonal markets and assist with appointment scheduling
Design visual layouts and handle various ad hoc projects
Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, planning, merchandising, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and timely deliverables
Stay up to date on sales performance and current trends within the industry
Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of retail math
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects while handling daily tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Innovative and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
