Role:
Responsible for relationship building with commercial/ business members and prospects to meet and exceed their expectations with ELGA. Offering enhanced treasury products and services to meet the needs of current business relationships and growing additional business relationships in the communities we serve. TM Sales Consultant will work closely with Treasury Management Specialist, Branch Teams, and Commercial Lending Teams to share knowledge and collaborate to enhance member relationships.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Actively build and manage relationships with current business members and prospective members. Present and sell Treasury Solutions and other ELGA Products/Services to meet the needs of their business. Exceeding member expectations.

Develop and deliver presentations to new and prospective members. As well as, providing sales and service support to business members, leveraging and mobilizing resources as appropriate.

Support Branch Teams and Commercial Services Team Members by joining them on calls to educate and build relationships with existing and prospective business members and support onboarding the business member/ prospects.

Complete documentation as required for TM onboarding process for new services and for changes for existing services. Following up with members to ensure satisfaction with new services and immediate address concerns .

Performance Measurements:
1.
To meet established expectations of ELGA's Core Factors including but not limited to Accountability, Attitude, Communication, Competence, Continuous Improvement & Innovation and Relationship Building.

Work independently and directly with commercial lending and customer facing branch teams to develop relationships with goal of acquiring new treasury management relationships with existing members and assisting in acquiring new relationships to grow our organization.
3.
Provide sales and technical support to members and internal team through specialization and product knowledge.
4.
Perform the new account opening process for Treasury Management products. Profiling member for TM products as well as other solutions available to cross-sell internally and deepen relationships.
5.
Perform routine maintenance on accounts as needed.
6.
Educate members on the benefits of treasury products and support with use of TM products.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education
(1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

Physical Requirements
Must provide own transportation and be able to travel as necessary within our footprint. Less than 25% travel required.
Work Environment
Work is primarily conducted in office. Travel to branch locations and business members sites within footprint.
