Qualifications:
- Strong experience with mainframe technologies (e.g., z/OS, CICS, DB2, JCL).
- Proven ability to design and implement complex mainframe solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
