Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located at either of the 3 client locations which are Frisco TX, Atlanta or Bellevue or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- 20 Years of experience, Sold Oracle Fusion/ERP Expertise to help with end to end architectural for Processes and flow.
- Very Good knowledge of the end-to-end SCM processes and workstreams
- Experience of working in Complex Programs involving Multi-Vendor & BIG Transformation Projects.
- Experience in Business strategy & assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle SCM Cloud. (on any or multiple modules in SCM like Procurements/Costing/PHD/Inventory/WMS/Manufacturing/Quality etc.)
- Program Manager Advisory to project team members such as project managers, business system analysts and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have the End to End understanding of a company s processes and its impact in Supply Chian process
- Exposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiatives
- Worked with fortune 500 organizations in delivering Supply chain transformation engagements with tangible outcomes
- Project, talent management and thought leadership
- Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience and specifically to CXO level
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
