Solution Architect (Oracle Supply Chain Management)

As an Architect, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the Design, development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located at either of the 3 client locations which are Frisco TX, Atlanta or Bellevue or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
2. At least 18 Years of experience, Sold Oracle Fusion/ERP Expertise to help with end to end architectural for Processes and flow.
3. Very Good knowledge of the end-to-end SCM processes and workstreams
4. Experience of working in Complex Programs involving Multi-Vendor & BIG Transformation Projects.
5. Experience in Business strategy & assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle SCM Cloud. (on any or multiple modules in SCM like Procurements/Costing/PHD/Inventory/WMS/Manufacturing/Quality etc.)
6. Program Manager Advisory to project team members such as project managers, business system analysts and cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Have the End to End understanding of a company’s processes and its impact in Supply Chian process
2. Exposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiatives
3. Worked with fortune 500 organizations in delivering Supply chain transformation engagements with tangible outcomes
4. Project, talent management and thought leadership
5. Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience and specifically to CXO level  
6. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
