Our client, a prestigious law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for a Litigation Attorney, to join their winning team in Wilmington.
Our candidate of choice will have 1-5 years’ experience as a Litigation Attorney, and hold a Delaware Bar. New Jersey and / or Pennsylvania Bar is a big plus!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage files from inception to trial
- Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and be involved in negotiating settlements
- Work closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigation
- Take depositions
- Draft motions
- Appear in court
- Medical record review
- Client reporting
