Our client, a prominent law firm without offices throughout the New York Metro area, has an immediate need for an experienced Corporate Associate Attorney to join their winning team in New York City.Our candidate of choice will represent multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government bodies, often in complex and important matters. You will be active in pre-trial, trial, and appellate matters in federal and state courts, as well as administrative litigation, grand jury investigations, and arbitrations.KEY REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES : 5-7 years of corporate practice experience.Experience drafting and negotiating key and ancillary documents for M&A, financing, joint venture, technology collaborations / licensing, and other corporate and commercial transactions.Ability to work closely with clients’ business and legal personnel in a variety of corporate matters.Strong analytical, interpersonal, drafting, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey; New York a plus.
