Our candidate of choice will bring over two years of litigation experience in Connecticut Federal and State Courts. This is a hybrid role! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS : General Tort LitigationMedical and Legal MalpracticeProducts LiabilityEmploymentInsurance Coverage Disputes3 – 8 years of civil litigation experience (candidates having 1 years of relevant experience will be considered).Perform legal research.Prepare and respond to discovery.Ability to take and defend depositions.Draft and argue dispositive motions.Assist with mediation, arbitration, trials, and hearings.
