Our client, a leading law firm based in Bergen County, has an immediate need for an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney, to join our winning team in Fort Lee.

This role is onsite daily.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage files from inception to trial
Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and be involved in negotiating settlements
Work closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigation
Take depositions
Draft motions
Appear in court
Client reporting
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum 5 years of Commercial Business Dispute Litigation experience
Must reside in Northern New Jersey
Ability to handle caseload of 10-15 cases at once
Billable hour requirement : 1,950
Able to work independently with strong attention to detail along with the ability to organize and prioritize workload working with an electronic diary
Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with clients and customers and negotiate on their behalf
New Jersey Bar required.
