- Resolving customer issues and addressing their questions.
- Processing sales using suggestive selling, upselling techniques, and effective closing strategies.
- Assisting customers with measurements and fitting them with the right products.

- Maintaining an organized, neat, and fully stocked sales floor.
- Ensuring items are correctly labeled and priced.
- Monitoring merchandise, attaching/detaching security tags, and reporting any security concerns or shrinkage.
- Following safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and timely reporting of accidents or near misses.
Retail Associate Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Friendly, approachable, and naturally good with people!
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with cash register operations.
- Basic math skills for quick, accurate transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
