As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
- Creating a welcoming and friendly shopping environment to attract and retain customers.
- Providing detailed product information, including features, benefits, and uses, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Addressing customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Accurately processing transactions, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
- Staying updated on product information, promotions, and attending training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Gathering and reporting customer feedback to help improve the shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation as this is an on-site role in Irving/Dallas, TX.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic about customer service and retail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
