Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

What You Will Do :

  • Own the development and implementation of AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to find opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Ensure the scalability and robustness of AI solutions.

How You Will Succeed :

  • Understanding of the technical, ethical, and user experience challenges and opportunities of generative AI systems and models.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to make significant, impactful decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Your Basic Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience working with AI systems, preferably generative AI systems
  • 2 years of product management experience delivering end-to-end products from conceptualization to launch, ideally at a technology company working on ML / AI based products
  • Deep understanding of ML tech stacks for building, deployment, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • What You Should Bring :

  • Master's degree in a relevant STEM field preferred.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure or Databricks
  • Experience implementing Machine Learning Operations (ML Ops) frameworks that take models from proof of value to mature and automated.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Agile Development, CI / CD, Jenkins, Github, and Automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex data domains and craft practical solutions for subsequent data exploitation via analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with a geographically dispersed group of business and technical colleagues
