Position Brand Description
The Content Management team has overall accountability for maximizing the use of Digital Solutions for content management in MQ organization, being the MQ liaison for Veeva QualityDocs, including the related integrations, such as Veeva Vault Station Manager and BPR (Batch Production Record). Content Management team is also leading the Digital Execution Program (Tulip); this will support the elimination of the paper-based forms in the manufacturing sites, which is aligned with MQ Paperless strategy.
The business integrator role will be working with the manufacturing sites and other global Tech at Lilly groups, supporting the implementation of Veeva Vault Station Manager across the manufacturing sites, and delivering new capabilities and supporting (Tier 2 / Tier 3) for BPR (Batch Production Record). This role will manage all the aspects related to the development and deployment of those Content Management solutions as well as serve as the point of contact with the different service and software providers. This position partners with the global and site teams to deliver a solution that is sustainable, cost effective and compliant. The position also provides leadership to our third-party service providers as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert of Station Manager and BPR.
- System Custodian of Station Manager
- Leverage strong understanding of functional business processes (from content management perspective) to enable key area stakeholders to meet business outcomes aligned with the CM team vision.
- Write or oversee creation and update of validation documentation for the supported system.
- Ensure good testing practices are followed.
- Communicate release/deployment schedules and provide necessary information to business partners.
- Coordinate the third-party service provider in the development and support of the solutions.
- Partner with global Tech at Lilly organizations (MQ Tech at Lilly, GIS, etc.) to define and assess impacts of technology architecture roadmaps and strategy.
- Participate in business plan activities and in appropriate governance and steering teams.
What You Should Bring
- Experience with Computer System Validation / Qualifications
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve operational problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Vendor management experience
- Demonstrated success in influencing without authority.
- Ability to take initiative, to be assertive, to lead by example and to build high-quality relationships.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic to learn and share ideas and solutions effectively with management and colleagues.
- Demonstrated learning agility, and ability to think creatively, try new ideas and apply learnings.

Your Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, Mathematics or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Business Integrator or Project Leader within Manufacturing.
Additional Preferences :
- Understanding of GMP requirements, experience delivering them, experience in Computer System Validation process.
- Strong Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Manufacturing site experience.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
- Ability to communicate effectively. Fluent in English (oral & written).
