For the Sesto Fiorentino plant, Eli Lilly is looking for a Visual Inspection Engineer who will report to the TSMS Sr. Manager and be responsible for managing process issues, supporting improvement activities, and investigating non-conformities related to the process.
He / she is responsible for ensuring that the Qualification and Validation of the visual inspection lines are managed in compliance with GMP and Lilly standards, that complex process issues related to the visual inspection area are managed and solved, and, if necessary, escalated to the secondary loop.
Main responsibilities :
- Check of the process parameters in order to prevent non-conformity
- Intervene on the line to understand the root cause of performance or quality losses
- Support investigation on non-conformity related to process
- Coordinate and / or execute operative activities
- Write, execute and summarize protocols for change controls
- Investigate manufacturing changes with impact on the process
- Support PV activities
- Execute technical studies for investigation or continuous improvement
- Responsible for the maintenance and calibration status of test equipment of the lines
- Collaborate on complaint investigations
- Management of complex troubleshooting to solve process issues
