Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is$122,250 - $179,300

M&Q Communications Lead

Overall Job Purpose
The Global Quality communications lead will be responsible for leading all execution of integrated communications strategies for Global Quality and central functions in M&Q. The lead will work with site communications and business partners to develop a playbook for effective proactive and reactive internal and external communications, partner with HR for communications planning and implementation across organizations and sites and evaluate impact. The role will closely partner with senior leadership to align network, organization and enterprise strategies. The role will also influence the ability to build capabilities, share best practices, and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Responsibilities
Partner with communicators, business partners and others to research, plan, develop and implement an integrated communications strategy across Global Quality and central functions in M&Q.Work with agency of record and Lilly peers to research best practices and integrate into workRefresh content, speakers and cadence of regular communications touchpointsSuggest an annual strategy for capability building with diverse internal / external speakersThink creatively for strategy and solutions to engagement across sites in support of M&Q employee engagement and retentionSupport executive and leader communications to further the M&Q narrative and create employee and stakeholder engagement.Support development of governance and guidance for M&Q, including media, branding, recruiting communications and other forms of engagement across Global Quality and the central functions in M&Q.Support upcoming M&Q internal / external announcements in support of business expansions, investments, partnerships and growth.Basic Qualification
Bachelor's DegreeA minimum of 5 years of communications experience with a proven track record of planning and delivering communications strategiesQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
