What You'll Be Doing ! (Responsibilities)
As the Associate Director - Technical Product Owner for Data and Analytics within the Customer Support Programs (CSP) at Lilly, you play a critical role in harnessing data to enhance patient outcomes and streamline operations across various therapeutic areas. This senior position requires a strategic blend of technical expertise and business insight, empowering you to lead initiatives that leverage data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
How You'll Succeed
Objective 1 : Product Technical Oversight
- Be the go-to technical expert on our patient support programs (PSP) data & analytics technologies, including data onboarding and data quality
- Partner with key Field Reimbursement Managers, and Lilly Patient Services business partners to build transformation and technical roadmap for customer data, design solutions, and coordinate delivery of those solutions
- Lead the agile team of Technical Leads, Data Engineers and other cross-functional team members on our Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Release Train to ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
- Anticipate and resolve key integrations / technical issues that impact our data systems
- Manage the tasks and activities involved with successful technology implementation
- Oversee and mitigate technological risks to make sure our solutions are stable and resilient
- Partner effectively with other Lilly IT teams (for example - IT Infrastructure, Telecommunication, & Enterprise Platforms) to deliver continuous improvement.
