Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the students and facilities are monitored during student sleeping hours and takes necessary action required to assure their security, health, and safety.
- Provide leadership and supervision to night shift staff to ensure that all assigned duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Manage the staff shift scheduling.
- Ensure program documentation is completed.
Requirements
Knowledge/Experience:
- A High School Diploma.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Care about helping children succeed.
