Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with program oversight and leadership.
- Supervise direct care staff and provide shift supervision.
- Implement and manage crisis intervention and individualized care plans.
- Participate in staff training, evaluation, and professional development.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- QP status preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
