Eliant Trade Finance seeks a passionate Client Management Operations professional to join a high growth supply chain and working capital platform. The role will work alongside senior leadership, developing and maintaining the structure of a well-positioned working capital financing business, particularly in support of Accounts Receivable Discounting (AR) and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs. Working to drive internal reporting and existing client satisfaction, the role requires a team-oriented self-starter, who is thorough, yet efficient (able to deliver accurately in a timely manner) and able to communicate effectively at all levels (internal, external and with third party service providers).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive value creation for clients, thinking ahead to develop strategies and deliverables that are customized to the Client
- Support all elements of Client Management Operations as a point of contact for existing client base, to include by not limited to existing programs, changes, negotiations, enhancements and contracts
- Engage with complex, large, enterprise customers supporting originations in deployment of our working capital solutions
- Develop and maintain scalable internal reporting solutions to ensure contractual controls are being monitored and met
- Support proactive relationship management, anticipating client needs/requests and seize every opportunity to deepen relationships
- Work closely with our operational partner to ensure program is operating as expected and in accordance with the program documentation
- Maintain excellent communication with all relevant stakeholders on all deliverables and timelines. Act as liaison across origination, credit, finance, legal, and technology
- Continually leverage and optimize internal technology systems. Track, research and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations
- Perform KYC and due diligence processes
- Perform ad-hoc assignments over and above the daily role as needed in a company in its early stages of development
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant work experience at one or more of the following types of firms: banking (multi-national corporate preferred), trade finance company, financial technology company providing working capital financing for large corporate B2B transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management or similar quantitative major
- Minimum of 5 years of supply chain or working capital experience within a client support role, with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Previous experience working with and coordinating numerous internal and external parties (stakeholders, consultants, other vendors) to implement initiatives, ensure productivity and flawless execution
- Proficient project management experience deploying solutions within large complex corporate environments
- Strong Excel and Word skills
- Ability to work autonomously, identify and solve problems and know when to escalate issues
- Adept at balancing multiple tasks simultaneously to meet the demands of a rapidly growing consumer and commercial financial services company
- An energetic, forward thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability and willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and processes
