We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Product Manager to join the team and drive the integration, standardization, and automation of Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools. As an Atlassian expert, you will play a key role in optimizing our use of these tools, ensuring they work seamlessly across teams and projects. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, cleaning up existing setups, and ensuring a consistent, efficient experience for all users.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the integration of Jira, Confluence, Atlas, and other Atlassian tools into existing systems to streamline workflows across teams.
- Define and implement best practices for using Atlassian tools, focusing on standardization across all departments.
- Spearhead the cleanup and optimization of existing Jira and Confluence instances to improve usability, performance, and consistency.
- Automate repetitive processes and workflows using Jira and Confluence to increase productivity and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and customize Atlassian tools to align with business goals.
- Manage the roll-out of new tools, features, and integrations, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption across the organization.
- Provide training and support for end-users to maximize their productivity using Atlassian tools.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards, monitoring the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in the use of Atlassian tools.
