Job Title : Audit Manager
Location : Omaha, NE
Hybrid : 1-2 Days in Office
Eliassen Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial, operational, technical, and compliance auditing, with a minimum of five years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, or similar industry roles, two of which should be in a managerial role. This position requires a deep understanding of internal auditing principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The Manager will play a critical role in conducting audits, developing test plans, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Description :
- Lead and support operational, technology, or compliance audits to identify and evaluate key operational risks and related controls.
- Engage with executive management and stakeholders to stay informed of changes and new initiatives within the business and technology areas, sharing audit perspectives related to risk identification and mitigation.
- Develop new audit technologies, revise existing procedures, and perform risk analyses of areas to determine the frequency of audits.
- Identify and analyze complex issues, problems, and improvement opportunities, and develop conclusions and recommendations.
- Verify or review audit evidence, prepare audit plans, workpapers, findings, status reports, and audit reports.
- Lead follow-up reviews to ensure that appropriate corrective actions have been implemented by client management.
- Train and develop Senior and Staff Auditors while maintaining effective working relationships with assigned business areas.
Required Skills & Knowledge :
Base Salary $95,000 - $110,000
The base salary rate will be commensurate with previous experience and relevant skills and knowledge.
This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual / quarterly bonus opportunity.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits : medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state / locality where you work), 15 days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity / disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
