One of our top clients in the Charlotte area are looking to add a dedicated Automation QA Engineer to their team. The Automation QA Engineer will be a team player and have a passion for reviewing requirements, identifying defects, and creating solutions for business needs. The Automation QA Engineer will ensure all testing results are effective and accessible.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $45 - $55 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
The Automation QA Engineer will ensure that the team is following testing standards. As the Automation QA Engineer, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team, working together to ensure the highest standards in software quality. The Automation QA Engineer will have extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures to meet business goals and objectives.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

- Skilled in developing and executing automated test cases using Tosca, enhancing testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Experienced in performing a wide range of testing types, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, to ensure robust software performance.
- Proficient in using Jira for bug reporting, with the ability to link test cases to specific requirements and user stories for clear traceability.
- Capable of managing all aspects of test activities, including the development, automation, and execution of test cases, to ensure thorough and effective testing processes.
