Full Stack .NET Developer

This hybrid Full Stack .NET Developer position, based in Milwaukee (with flexibility for strong candidates in Madison), seeks a candidate with experience in C#, SQL, and Azure (DevOps, App Service, Functions, etc.), along with strong SQL skills and a focus on Test Driven Development. Preferred skills include experience with SSRS, SSIS, MVC, JavaScript frameworks, and tools like M365, Python, and Alteryx for Risk-related tasks. The ideal candidate is an analytical communicator, motivated by automation, process improvement, and small wins, with a preference for agile experience. Our client offers a collaborative, team-focused environment, with opportunities for growth in a DevOps and agile setting, along with a long-term contract and access to a vibrant developer community.

Location: Hybrid out of Milwaukee, open to Madison for very strong candidates

Duration: Long term contract with extensions

Rate: $50 - $68 / hr. w2

Technical Profile:

• Full Stack .NET Generalist with preference for experience writing/using web services
• Preferred: C#, SQL, Azure (DevOps, App Service, Functions, Service Bus, etc.)
• Ok to have but not primary: SSRS, SSIS, MVC, CA Autosys, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React-JS, etc.) Nice to have for Delta Force Team: proficiency in tools like M365 (e.g., Power Automate), Python, and Alteryx to support Risk-related tasks
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Exposure to Entity Framework or other ORM

Qualities needed for any of these roles:

• Good communicator who wants to work in a team environment, comfortable performing pair programming
• Analytical – not afraid to dive into complex code and data to troubleshoot issues
• Creative problem solver who is automation focused – we’re looking to not have recurring work come back to us, but to better automate or teach/train users for self service
• Motivated by small quick wins and process improvement
• Comfortable working in an agile environment. Prefer experience working in agile

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
