Implementation Specialist
Local to Atlanta area
Duration: 6 - month contract with possible extensions
Location: Sandy Springs, GA, Hybrid, Responsible for working onsite 3 days a week
Rate: $40-$45 hourly w2
Our industry-leading client is looking for an Implementation Specialist to help during the migration of a new Property Management System (PMS).
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of hotel partners from initial sign-up to system cut-over
- Conduct surveys to gather information from the hotel's existing PMS system and compile it into a file/workbook for submission
- Facilitate a training phase at the hotels, using a tracking tool to monitor progress through training modules
- Provide high-touch, "White Glove" level service
- Shepherd and push hotels through the process, ensuring all steps are followed
- Manage multiple hotels simultaneously
- Working across multiple workstreams to communicate updates and recommend enhancements and process improvements
- Interface with the technical team as needed, without needing to troubleshoot the system directly
Requirements:
- Property Management System (PMS) experience
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills to work across multiple workstreams
- Must be local and available to work onsite 3 times a week
- Hospitality experience required

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
