What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mainframe Programmer position at Eliassen Group?

Our financial services client is seeking a Mainframe Programmer. The team is responsible for supporting the production environment for critically important products and applications.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50 - $60 / hr. w2
Experience Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in mainframe coding and debugging
- COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, MQ Series, Control-M batch scheduler and related utilities and tools
- Strong VSAM/File-Aid/DB2 skills a must
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
