Project Manager

100% Remote role. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite, with a preference for candidates with healthcare experience. This role involves utilizing project management methodologies to effectively plan, track, and communicate project timelines and milestones.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $17 - $27 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Utilize project management methodologies to plan and oversee project timelines and milestones.
• Track progress and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement effective business process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze, document, and report program performance results across the organization.
• Ensure cooperative efforts across the organization, managing and resolving conflicts through effective communication.
• Implement program and process changes to support organizational goals and objectives.
• Propose solutions to business issues using analysis tools such as Cost/Benefit Analysis and Flowcharting.
• Assist upper-level management with special assignments, including budgets, operating plans, and financial cost forecasts.
• Oversee daily project implementation, ensuring adherence to timeframes, budget requirements, and quality standards.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (preferred).
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field, or 3 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
