For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate : $60 - $70 / hr. w2Responsibilities : Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackCrafting detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test casesPartner with Development and Product teams to deliver quality products on timePerform manual testing for multiple digital products and devicesWork closely with developers to write test cases for new and existing featuresCreate documentation for testing procedures for applications and related processesProactive communication regarding test status, progress, risks, dependenciesTrack quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect countsQA of all releases and work with engineers to resolve bugsGrow technically and professionally in a collaborative and inclusive environment with opportunities to learn and share with othersExperience Requirements : Minimum 6 years previous experience in development and operations, or related IT, computer, or operations fieldMinimum 6 years previous experience with a combination of manual / automated testing techniquesMinimum 2 years previous experience with automated testing tools such as SeleniumExperience testing websites and mobile webExperience in developing scripts to automate and simplify tasksKnowledge of basic SQLExperience with Scrum / Kanban, Agile workflow methodologiesExperience working with third party developers and QA testersFamiliarity with QA tools like Charles Proxy, Wireshark, Postman, TestrailFamiliarity with project management tools such as JiraUp to date on the latest industry trends, tools and practices (experience with Storybook plus)Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of managementAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlySkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
