We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Leader / Technical Project Manager to oversee and guide multiple medium to large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile / Scrum methodologies and technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage client expectations, facilitate communication between technical and business teams, and drive projects to successful completion
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate : $65 - $70 / hr. w2
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple medium to large projects, serving as the primary contact for clients and internal teams.
- Guide teams in Agile / Scrum practices to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assess and improve the Scrum maturity of teams and the organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of projects.
- Oversee end-to-end project management activities, including planning, reporting, and scope management.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet company standards.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct status meetings and manage risk mitigation for complex issues.
- Contribute to team goals and recommend enhancements to project management methodologies.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
