We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead two pods within a large, complex data center migration project. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of project management experience, including at least two successful large-scale data center migration projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate with the Lead Scrum Master, key stakeholders, and technical teams while ensuring smooth execution of the migration.

Rate: $90 - $105 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage two pods in a large-scale data center migration project, ensuring successful planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the Lead Scrum Master, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure the on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of migration milestones.
- Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to the project teams, ensuring alignment with overall migration objectives.
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes proactively.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate across applications, infrastructure, databases, data, and security teams to ensure a holistic approach to migration.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles to optimize deployment and migration workflows.
- Maintain an organized and methodical approach to project execution, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience managing a team of project managers or scrum masters, at least 2 large scale, complex data center migration projects
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
