Title: Senior Data Engineering Consultant (Oracle / PL-SQL / Database)
Location: Position will be Hybrid (onsite for 1-2 weeks per month) in Dallas, TX
Rates: - W2 / DIRECT ONLY
- HOURLY - 65-70 an hour on W2 Benefits
- SALARIED OPTION - Ballpark for 125,000 annually, paid weekly, W2 Benefits time off

Duration: Multi year - long term contract, budget firmly in place for 12 months (with yearly extensions)
About the role:
Requirements of the Senior Data Engineering Consultant:
- Oracle Development (PL/SQL) and/or Streams Based Development: 10 years of experience.
- AWS Cloud Environments: 3 years of experience in development, deployment, and support.
- Containerization and Orchestration Technologies: 3 years of experience.
- Python/PySpark: 3 years of experience.
- ETL Technologies (SnapLogic): 5 years of ETL experience solutioning and development experience ***MUST HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE WITH SNAPLOGIC***
- Data Modelling: 2 years of experience.
- NoSQL Experience (DynamoDB/Aerospike): 2 years of experience.
- Data Warehouse Modelling and Reporting/Analytics Platforms (Snowflake): Strong understanding required.
- API Development: Experience with large-scale, highly available enterprise-class platforms.
- Java Development and Microservices Architecture: 2 years of experience in each.
Additional Skills and Qualifications
- Agile Development: Strong experience in Kanban and/or SCRUM settings.
- DevOps and CI/CD Environment: Experience working in these environments.
- AWS Certification: A strong plus.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration skills, ability to think out of the box, and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Passion for learning new technologies and business areas.
