What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager position at Eliassen Group?
Our client is looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager to work within their application development area to help various enterprise product teams. This is a remote role but the client needs someone to reside in either MA/CT/NH/RI to be able to travel onsite in Johnston, RI for big meetings.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $70-$80/hr W2
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all project phases from planning to maintenance
- Ensure projects meet deadlines budgets and technical requirements
- Lead infrastructure projects set goals develop plans and coordinate with teams and stakeholders
- Manage budgets and resources ensuring activities stay within limits
- Monitor progress track milestones and update stakeholders regularly
- Coordinate with technical teams to meet design and implementation standards
- Manage risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and best practices
- Maintain detailed project documentation
- Guide and support project team members fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Experience Requirements:
- Proven ability to work with a broad base of Microsoft-centric technologies to assist with software development and deployment
- Nice to have project experience: Azure Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Application Development
- Agile methodology
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
