Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager - New Product Introduction (NPI) [Contract Position] to lead and drive the end-to-end execution of new product development and launch initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery, managing risks, and optimizing processes to bring innovative products to market successfully. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, product development, and manufacturing operations.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- 5 years of proven program and/or project management experience working with C-levels and customer partners
- Demonstrate curiosity, passion, and a willingness to dive in to get the job done quickly and with precision.
- Utilize analytical and data-driven approaches to inform and educate others on opportunities.
- Manage stakeholders' expectations effectively.
- Develop and continually refine processes to ensure effective and efficient execution.
- Support global teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Onboard and work with our client's partners and alliances.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams.
- Represent our client when communicating with partners.
- Ensure schedules are maintained and notes are taken accurately.
- Use provided templates and fill in status reports.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years In SDLC program/project management, primarily focused on software releases out to production
- Working with product management, R&D, business enterprise systems, product marketing, customer service, legal
- Working in software or SaaS in coordination with those groups
- Familiarity with NPI; training and onboarding
- Experience with typical product development in R&D, phase gates
- Launches of GTM products
- PMI/ Agile/ Six Sigma or similar certifications
Education Requirements:
- BS degree or 7-10 years equivalent experience, along with any current PM certifications showcasing continuous learning.
