We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead to oversee and manage large-scale test automation initiatives across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks, cloud-based testing solutions, and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to optimize and scale automation processes effectively.
We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Track and manage large-scale test automation initiatives across multiple teams.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, REST Assured, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Implement and optimize test automation strategies for both UI and API systems using frameworks such as Cucumber and TestNG.
- Manage test cloud infrastructure usage and integrate with Sauce Labs.
- Upgrade existing frameworks and tools to support multithreading, parallel execution, and remote test executions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless automation adoption and execution.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience leading large-scale test automation projects across multiple teams.
- Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Java, REST Assured, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, including Cucumber and TestNG.
- Experience with test cloud infrastructure and Sauce Labs integration (MUST HAVE).
- Ability to upgrade and enhance frameworks to support parallel and remote test executions.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
