WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Logistics Assistant is responsible for maintaining the general needs of offices throughout all Elica
sites to help maintain a clean and organized work environment. Logistics Assistant will deliver mail,
materials, and supplies daily throughout all the companies’ locations.

Compensation - Dependent Upon Experience
$18.00 - $23.00 an hour
Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The successful candidate will be willing and able to:
- Provide physical support to all levels of the organization
- Unload, sort, stock, and package merchandise and orders
- Mail center operations, including packing, sorting postage processing and follow all security protocols as required for HRSA compliance
- Daily pickup and delivery of all company mail and package deliveries in a timely and safe manner; using company and/or personal vehicles. Mileage reimbursed at USG standards rates.
- Help organize and maintain warehouse distribution and mail center.
- Help develop new procedures and processes improving job function as part of the departmental
- growth.
- Assist with company meetings and events, arrange set ups for meetings and coordinate clean up afterwards
- Coordinate with maintenance for the repair or replacement of broken office equipment using
- company work order program.
- Organize and keep clean all, company bulletin boards, posters, and communications disbursements as supervised
- Maintain and track monthly spending log to obtain company budget controls
- Assist facilities maintenance team with larger projects as needed
- Verify, review, and reconcile documents and reports regarding inventory when required
- Respond to day porter needs as assigned
- Manage with accuracy daily timecard use and process
The successful candidate has
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Prior experience working in office administration and/secured logistics support
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
- Understanding of customer service.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Customer service understanding.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually
Additional Requirements
- The Clinical Centers are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Late afternoon and/or Saturday shifts may be assigned when needed.
- Must have a current and valid California driver’s license and the ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working hours.
- If selected for an employment opportunity with Elica Health Centers, external hires must provide proof of immunizations (Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella & Tetanus), tuberculosis clearance, and proof of COVID-19 vaccination status* prior to their scheduled start date. Physical Requirements
This job is conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments. Exposure to seasonal weather is likely.
Must be able to walk or move about, sit and/or stand for long periods of time, reach, stoop, bend, lift up
to 75 lbs. while practicing all OSHA approved workplace guidelines. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must also possess hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the phone. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderately loud; the incumbent must be able to focus in an environment with many distractions.
