Job Description:
The Hospital-based Bilingual Clerical Support position is responsible for providing support for all ECI on site hospital staff.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Receives/distributes incoming/outgoing mail
- Answers inbound calls. Makes calls to patients, agencies, or others
- Data entry, indexing, scanning, faxing, coding reports
- Assists with application completion and/or forms requests
- Uses clear, simple language to ensure understanding in English and/or Spanish
- Complies with all state and federal laws regarding HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
- Able to remain focused and productive each day with minimum supervision
- Demonstrates respect for all individuals
- Adheres to ECI’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
- May be assigned other duties by management
Requirements

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma / GED (or higher)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Prior costumer service experience a plus
Physical and Work Requirements:
- Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, long periods working at a computer.
