Job Summary
The Bilingual (English / Spanish) Home Visit Driver - HVD drives a company vehicle during work hours and is responsible for visiting patients' homes to make first contact or follow-ups, fill out applications and / or obtain collateral information needed for case filing.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely drives and operates company vehicle
- Drives to patient's residences, employers, emergency contact or next of kin to obtain government forms and verifications
- Daily documents and forwards information obtained to appropriate worker
- Delivers complete applications to various government agencies when instructed
- Follows and completes daily route assigned
- Comfortable driving to different areas of Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex
- Performs other duties as required by management
