Full Job Description
We are seeking skilled Security Service and Installation Technicians to join our team. In this role you will need to be familiar with installation, inspecting, testing, servicing, trouble shooting and repairing Access Control, CCTV.
Service Technician :
Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls requiring installation CCTV, or repair to Access Control,
Test all systems and equipment, after repairs are made, to ensure performance of system.
Install, diagnose and repair / replace wiring, devices and both analog and digital control panels for security, access control, and CCTV systems
Assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners.
Resolve field problems through research of multiple alternatives.
Installation, service, troubleshooting and programming numerous Access Control, CCTV,
Possess knowledge of computer programming and technologies related to Access Control, CCTV,
Basic Qualifications :
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record.
Must have excellent communications skills
Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
Physical Requirements :
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing a ladder, scaffolding and high lift equipment, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools as required and lifting to 75lbs.
