Elijah Harrison Construction LLC is currently seeking a Construction Worker to join their team in Kannapolis, NC and surrounding areas.

Elijah Harrison Construction LLC is a fully licensed company that specializes in residential remodeling. We offer specialized services to include repairs, maintenance, demolition, framing, drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and other services.
About the role:
Seeking a hard working individual who is willing to travel frequently. Must possess constructions skills and able to work with hand, power, and measuring tools. This position will include a variety of work locations. Must be a quick learner and focused on safety. Experience in remodeling preferred.
What you'll do:
· Lifting and carrying heavy equipment up to 100lbs
· Using hand and power tools
· Climbing up ladders
· Kneeling and working and able to go into crawl-spaces.
· Candidate will supply their own basic tools
· Successful candidate must be self-motivated who can work independently or on a team
Our ideal candidate:
Education and experience
· US work authorization
· Possess a good attitude and keeping a clean environment
· Ability to effectively communicate through verbal and written form
Requirements:
· Valid driver's license (Pass MVR criteria)
· Clean driving record
· Acceptable background screening to access government facilities.
· Ability to work some weekends
· Ability to work 8-12 hours daily
· Good verbal and written communication
· Understand and comprehend written instructions
What We Offer:
· Pay dependent on experience

Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
