Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing attentive service throughout the dining experience.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
