Duties
- Skillfully shuck oysters while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Ensure all shellfish is handled safely and in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of other seafood dishes as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to kitchen safety protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in menu planning by providing input on oyster varieties and seasonal offerings.

Experience
