We're looking for people who want to make a difference. As a Teacher at Elim, you’ll be required to:
- Prepare students to attain their individualized goals
- Create a positive, safe and productive learning environment
- Provide instructional support, planning and implementation of individual educational plans
- Apply knowledge of sensory, behavioral and communication strategies for students with intensive needs
- Foster a collaborative learning environment and provide leadership and direction to paraprofessionals

About Elim:
At Elim, we support children and adults with developmental disabilities in pursuing their fullest God-given purpose and potential through a variety of services.
We provide special education services from pre-school to high school, as well as therapeutic and educational programs for students with autism spectrum disorder. For young adults aged 18-22, we offer vocational training and life skills opportunities. Our adult day programs cater to adults with disabilities, while our learning programs act as a catalyst for organizational and community change.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:15 am - 3:15 pm
Includes a 6 week extended school year
Wages & Benefits:
- Competitive starting pay of $65,575/yr (more with experience and education)
- Includes $57,121 for regular school year and $8,454 for 6 week ESY session
- $2000 sign on bonus after 30 days
