General Description:
Responsible for performing a variety of kitchen duties as directed by supervisor. Performs duties in compliance with established company policies and procedures, and performs in a professional manner and maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
Essential Job Functions:
Ability to perform routine tasks and assignments.
Preparing alternate food menu selections
Greets, takes food orders and delivers meals to residents.
Ensures meals are delivered an a appropriate temperature in a timely manner.
to include assembly and delivering of “sick trays”.
Demonstrates high level of compassionate and quality customer service skills.
Operates and cleans food service equipment.
Washes and cleans pots, pans, and other food service items.
Restocks shelves, counters, and storage areas with food service equipment.
Removes trash and garbage as directed.
Operates dish machine.
Attends scheduled meetings and inservices
Sets and clears tables.
Follows tray ticket order/required diets in serving meals to residents.
Records and monitors food temperatures.
Performs all other job related duties as directed by Supervisor.
Salary : $27,200 - $34,400
