Also on our campus is the Elim Park Health Care Center offering post-acute in-patient and outpatient rehabilitation, a Long-Term Care residence, and a licensed Residential Care Home.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing techniques and procedures, established standards and administrative policies. All nurses must follow all health codes. Direct staff under their supervision. Act as an interface between staff, residents, and family members. Keep physicians and all other medical personnel informed on patient's needs and medical programs. Documentation completed in our electronic medical record.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing or BSN program
• Current registration in the State of Connecticut
• IV Certification is required
• Experience with Point Click Care preferred
