Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive sales growth for our control panel and control systems business in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in industrial automation, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the launch and growth of our Houston operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Houston area and beyond.
• Develop a robust client base across industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, and infrastructure.
• Technical Sales:
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable control panel and control system solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support during the sales process.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and feedback.
• Sales Negotiation:
• Develop and present customized proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Reporting & Strategy:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
• Provide regular market insights, forecasts, and updates to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in industrial automation, control panels, or control systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, or similar systems.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
• Willingness to travel within the Houston area and occasionally to other regions if needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
