Purpose
Elinor Coatings is seeking an Admin Assistant that has experience with office administration and various recruitment needs. This position requires strong organizational skills covering a wide range of projects and responsibilities dealing with office administration, recruiting, event planning, and working with government contracts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Office Duties:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, both in-person and virtually, with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Print, file, and scan documents as needed.
- Work with spreadsheets, track and update data in databases, record keeping for specific projects.
- Compose business professional emails.
- Assist with creation of SOPs and Work Instructions for job duties.
- Event and meeting planning/preparation.
- Replenish snacks, coffee, & office supplies.
- Aid the Office Coordinator with travel planning & creation of travel briefings.
- Prepare & Represent Elinor Coatings Booth and Recruit at Career Fairs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings and submit reports when appropriate.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Run miscellaneous errands if needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Periodically lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Administrative Support, closely related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment on diverse tasks.
- Skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Oral and written communication skills to enable working with multi-disciplinary groups of individuals with diverse backgrounds.
Classification and Compensation
Part-Time Non-Benefitted. Includes competitive compensation, 401k match
