As a Stewarding supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead, direct, and assist in the overall management and performance of the facility.Compensation is $20 an hour.What you'll be doing : Overall responsibility of supervising the stewards and the overall functions of the Stewarding department, running of events at Tappan Hill as well as The Loading Dock in Stamford CT when required, filling requisitions and vessel requisitions, overall cleaning and maintenance of the back of the house under the supervision of the Assistant Executive Steward and Executive Chef.
