Key Responsibilities :
Architect and design PeopleSoft solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations across modules such as HCM, Financials, or Campus Solutions.
Develop and optimize workflows, interfaces, and customizations using PeopleTools, Application Designer, and Integration Broker.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical leadership.
Ensure system security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Provide guidance on best practices for PeopleSoft configuration and data migration.
Qualifications :
Extensive experience in PeopleSoft architecture and implementation.
Proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker.
Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, and integration technologies.
Experience with system upgrades, cloud migration, and data security.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
