We are seeking a Regional Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator to oversee and optimize 10 free-standing ASCs in metro Atlanta, driving growth, improving system processes, and enhancing overall performance.
Job Summary:
The Regional ASC Administrator will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of multiple ambulatory surgery centers, ensuring streamlined workflows, optimized purchasing, effective staffing models, and continuous business growth. This role requires expertise in free-standing ASC operations, system optimization, team development, and financial performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee ASC operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.
- Process Optimization: Enhance workflows, computer systems, and operational processes to improve productivity and patient throughput.
- Growth & Business Development: Implement strategies to expand services, optimize existing resources, and ensure a built-in pipeline of work.
- Purchasing & Cost Efficiency: Collaborate with purchasing teams to optimize procurement, control costs, and improve supply chain management.
- Staffing & Team Development: Work closely with nurse managers and training teams to enhance staff skills, develop strong leaders, and implement effective staffing models.
- Workforce Management: Balance staffing levels with ASC pace and workflow to maintain operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Extensive experience in free-standing ambulatory surgery centers and multi-site operations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, optimize systems, and drive business growth.
- Technology & Workflow: Strong understanding of computer systems, EHRs, and workflow management in an ASC setting.
- Financial & Business Acumen: Ability to analyze financial data, improve cost efficiencies, and implement growth strategies.
- Collaboration: Experience working with purchasing teams, training departments, and nurse managers to drive operational excellence.
- Being an RN is not a requirement.
